ABSTRACT

Purpose: To determining the possibility of using stereolithography in the diagnosis of lesions of peripheral nerves in conditions of ossificated bone canals of the maxillary bone.

 

Material and Methods: We examinated 31 patients with secondary neurogenic lesions of trigeminal nerve using stereolithography.

 

Results: Diagnostic capabilities of color stereolithography for diseases of the second branch of the trigeminal nerve were studied.

 

Conclusions: High efficiency of stereolithography is proved. The method is recommended for use in medical practice.
